Members of the Association are representatives of the largest tyre manufacturers in Poland and in the world. Represent an industry employing directly in our country over 11,000 employees in 6 factories and trading companies. More than 13,500 tyres with the inscription "made in Poland" for passenger cars, trucks, autobuses or agricultural and industrial machinery leave these factories.
"Polish Tyre Industry Association is our joint contribution to raising drivers' awareness of the impact of tyres on road safety. Each of the companies looks at its products in a broader context than just selling tyres to the market. Since we all produce the best tyres, it is worth that thanks to their conscious operation and service, they bring a valuable effect in improving safety. This is what the #OponyMająMoc campaign is for, in which we show – also through tests on the track – how important the simple 3xP rule is for everyone, i.e. proper tyres, professional service, precise operations. We also offer training activities to professionalize tyre services. Last year we opened the PZPO Academy, which organizes basic and advanced tyre training on modern machines and in a modern building, conducted by the best trainers in the industry. This year, we are preparing new trainings m.in on the operation of motorcycle, truck, agricultural tyres and the operation of high-voltage installations in electric and hybrid vehicles. So we can say that we operate in many ways – both for drivers and for services, to strengthen awareness on the one hand and skills on the other. We haven't said the last word yet. I am glad that I will be able to participate in these activities actively as the president of the Association – says Jacek Pryczek, the new president of the board of the Polish Tyre Industry Association (PTIA).
